For the fifth year in a row, Team Amazing Day is hosting a winter run- & swim-focused training camp in Boulder, CO. Athletes will be treated to fully coached and supported run, swim and strength sessions. Clinic sessions will be done by some of the best experts in the world including Erin Carson, professional strength coach & Julie Emmerman, Clinical & Sports Psychologist. In the past topics have included as strength training, injury prevention, technique, form, nutrition, and mental training. Camp is capped at 15 athletes to allow for individual focus on run and swim technique.
2018 camp will be held February 8-11th. Camp will open Thursday evening with a PM shake out run and finish Sunday midday with a group swim. A full schedule will be sent to participants in the two weeks prior to camp.
Time will be scheduled with each athlete around camp sessions for individual run and swim form analysis and feedback.
Camp registration is $300 and includes all sessions, both group and individual, pool/gym entry fees & several provided meals. Camp registration does not include housing but we can assist with home stays, airport transport and room sharing.
